DA Harrison’s Ready Mix Concrete department was opened in 1974 at our Sand Quarry at Aldoth, from there the Ready-Mix operation has gone on to be the largest Ready-Mix supplier in Cumbria.

We now have plants operating in Silloth, Carlisle, Workington and our new plant at Penrith. All the Ready-mix plants conform to BSI standards and provide a service that is second to none. Our concrete is tested daily by our in-house technician to ensure we conform to British standards.

D A Harrison Ready-Mix Concrete can provide small DIY jobs through to large developments, having a fleet of  mixer trucks ranging from 4m3 through to 8m3.

We have a range of Ready-Mix solutions to suit your needs; Ready-Mix Concrete, Ready-Mix Screed, Ready-Mix Mortar and Harrisons Flowing Floor Screed. All our Ready-Mix products can be ordered direct from our plants, and if you require any technical advice our staff will be willing to help.
